Please note that expiry dates cannot be extended for any reason, no exceptions.
Unfortunately we can only offer classes to those 18 years of age or over unless the the class is specifically aimed for babies, children or teens as stated in the class title and description.
Please note we operate a 12 hour cancellation policy for all classes and workshops. Any class bookings cancelled within the 12 hour window will be noted as a late cancel and charged.
You may change your booking for a class, without charge up to 12 hours before the start of your class/course/workshop that you have booked. You may change or cancel a class booking online, by phone, e-mail, or in person at the studio.
Classes may be cancelled due to circumstances out of your Instructor’s control e.g poor weather conditions, sickness, refunds will be given in this instance. We will offer the option of being transferred to a class at an alternative date and time.
About the Memberships:
Monthly Auto-Renew Memberships will be automatically billed to the credit card on your client profile on the 1st of each month. If you take out a membership in the middle of the month you are charged a pro rata rate and then on the 1st of the month you are charged the full amount. Your membership continues on a monthly rollover and we kindly ask for a minimum 2-month commitment; after which you may cancel with one month’s notice in writing. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your membership.
We recommend cancelling on the 30th/31st of the month to allow for the cancellation month, (for example if you email us to cancel on the 31st of October, your monthly membership will be taken as usual on the 1st November and you have the full month to use up your credits, your membership and subscription will then stop on the 30th of November.)
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. A 10% complimentary discount is offered to members for workshops and clothing.
New to View card has a 3 week expiry from date of purchase.
With a View 10 Class card has a 3 month expiry from date of purchase.
Booking Your Classes:
Managing your attendance is simple, just visit our calendar and scroll through the weeks to book. You have full flexibility in how often you attend per week dependent on your membership type.
Studio Holiday Policy:
Please note that by purchasing a block of classes or a Membership, you agree to the relevant expiration period which includes all holidays during which the class times are modified or cancelled. Please ensure that you plan your attendance accordingly as we cannot extend expiration dates on blocks or suspend memberships within the first two months.
If you are taking holiday, your credits carry over for one month, for example if you have 2 remaining credits from May, these will carry over to June and expire at the end of June.
Purchases made in person or online are final sale. There are no partial/retroactive refunds for drop ins, blocks, memberships, courses or workshops. If you have made an advanced booking for a workshop and your circumstances have changed, please contact email@example.com at least 1 week before the event to discuss your options.
Classes are non-refundable. In some circumstances, account credits may be made and later redeemed in the way of classes, workshops, or other services The View Studio may offer.
Classes must be paid in full and in advance.
