So what’s on?
Starting Saturday 7th November, we also have a new Dynamic Pilates class starting on Saturdays 08:00 – 09:00. It will be a holistic class to rebalance and rejuvenate your body using light equipment. It will deliver a more fast-paced style of Pilates. This class is designed for clients who are already attending Pilates and are looking to improve their strength, flexibility, posture and stamina.
To encourage you to get up and away from your desk at lunch time we are adding a Multi level Pilates class on Mondays at 13:00 from Monday 9th November.
Starting 10th November, on Tuesdays at 6.30-7.30AM you can try a more relaxed class to start your early mornings – called Mindful Movement and Meditation. In this class the focus will be on breath and body awareness. The movements will be slow and there will be mindful meditation practice throughout. A great stretch for both mind and body.
Plus we’ve added a 6 week course too!
And if you would like to discover Ashtanga, there’s a 6-week Beginners Ashtanga Yoga class at lunchtime – starting Thursday 12th November at 13:00-14:00.
This course covers the fundamentals of traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Over six weeks, attendees will learn and repeat the sequence of postures (asana) as well as breathing techniques. For more class information click this link: *MORE INFO & BOOK NOW*
If you didn’t catch the newsletter this month, then I’d like to bring to your attention a few pointers for when you’re booking a class online, as it will help us to smooth out the transitions at class changeover times.
Next time you book your class online, please select either the “Already bought pre-paid card” option OR the “Monthly member” option. You will see the options at at the bottom just before the PROCEED button.

It makes things so much easier for our instructors and we can get everyone settled into class nice and quickly once you’ve arrived.
