It is an integrative mind-body based approached that helps people manage their thoughts and feelings. Learn to live in the now! Mindfulness exercises are way of paying attention to the present moment using meditation, breathing and gentle yoga moves. It helps people to become aware of their thoughts, so that they can mange them instead of being overwhelmed by them. It is a source of happiness and joy. The energy helps you to recognise the conditions of happiness that are already present in our lives. These are some of the benefits of practicing: Reduces stress Improves working memory Reduces fatigue and anxiety Increases empathy Increases attention and concentration Reduces insomnia.
