- After you download the app, register your details and login.
- For a £12 drop in class, click on the class you’d like to book in the calendar, then follow the prompt to pay £12 by card.
- If you would like to purchase a monthly membership, or 10 class pre paid card then go to the memberships tab in the home screen. Choose the monthly membership or pre paid card that suits you and pay by card. Please note all monthly memberships are recurring and payment is taken on 1st of the month.
- Once you’ve made your monthly membership purchase, go back to the calendar and choose the class you’d like to book. Your monthly credits will be deducted from your account each time you book a class.
- Remember to keep up to date with your glofox app and check the appstore for updates.
The View Studio St. Andrews is a beautiful fitness studio where the peaceful environment fully allows clients to focus on challenging both the mind and body. We offer a variety of classes including Pilates, Barre Fit and Nordic Walking designed to improve your fitness level, health and well-being. Subsequently you will find you have an improved posture, increased flexibility and strength and better balance.
To ensure a personal, bespoke class experience our class sizes are limited to 10.
The 20/20/20 class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. Sweat through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of stretching and core work. This class is designed for those who want to continue with strength training and get a sweat on!
Barre (Ballet) Fit
No need to be a dancer to enjoy a Barre Fit class. This fun, low impact class is guaranteed to release your inner Ballerina. The dance inspired exercises start at the ballet barre and move into the centre. Basic ballet moves focus on challenging the upper and lower body to help create defined shoulders, arms, slim hips, toned thighs and a tight bottom. Develop a stronger, longer and leaner physique.

Beginners & Improvers Pilates
Pilates is an excellent combination of strengthening and mobility Pilates moves which create an extremely powerful workout, concentrating on the deep intrinsic ‘core’ muscles. Focus is on the essential principles of Pilates whilst relaxing and re-balancing the body. Our classes are multi-level and this particular class is aimed at those new to Pilates. High levels of fitness are not required to embark on your Pilates journey.

This is a holistic class to rebalance and rejuvenate your body using light equipment. It will deliver a more fast-paced style of Pilates, without deviating from the principles of Pilates. This class is designed for clients who are of an advanced level and already attending regular Pilates and are looking to improve their strength, flexibility, posture and stamina.
Hatha Flow Yoga
A balanced combination of vinyasa, held postures and relaxation. Incorporating strength, stamina & alignment to promote a rounded asana practice and sense of well-being. Finishing with relaxation and yoga nidra, it’s the perfect way to start your weekend with good intention. All levels & beginners welcome.

Mum and Baby Postnatal Fitness
This postnatal exercise class for Mum and baby starts with a 45 walk with baby in buggy or sling. The focus of the walk is to enhance correct posture and alignment and avoid creating bad habits when out walking with baby. The standing work helps to promote good core strength which in turn protects the spine helping to reduce back pain.
The second 45 minutes will be back in the studio will concentrate on strengthening the hamstrings and glutes to support the lower back and develop strong core muscles.
Stretching will counter balance the constant roundness in the shoulders from lifting and breastfeeding baby. This class will also strongly focus on fixing pelvic floor dysfunction with a full body approach.
St Andrews is a great town to enjoy Nordic Walking as it offers such a variety of terrain. Current classes are held on West sands beach. There is no requirement for expensive equipment or clothing and our instructor provides the poles.
Nordic Walking is a form of exercise which is suitable for everyone regardless of fitness level. It’s great for improving your overall fitness levels, helps with weight loss, tones arms, legs and tummy and effectively works out your heart and lungs. It burns 46% more calories than ordinary walking, provides a great sense of well-being and is excellent for sufferers of shoulder, low-back or neck pain.
Pilates -Multi Level
Realistic Pilates is an excellent combination of strengthening and mobility. Working through a sequence of Pilates moves to create a powerful workout, which concentrates on the deep intrinsic ‘core’ muscles. The classes promote excellent posture and ensure the body realigned. A high level of fitness is not required to embark on your Pilates journey.
Pilates – 50+
Pilates for seniors is the perfect class for older adults because it does not have the impact on the body that other forms of exercise do. This is a gentle way to exercise and aimed at the older adult or if you haven’t exercised in a while, Pilates is a safe way to restart a workout program.

Pre Natal Pilates
Ante Natal or Pre Natal classes are highly recommended as a method of preparing the body for the rigours of childbirth and pregnancy.
Extra guidelines, modifications and recommendations are required when exercising during pregnancy and all Pre or Ante Natal Pilates are taught by our fully qualified and experienced Pre-Natal Instructors.
The specifically chosen Pilates exercises are safe and gentle, yet effective in helping to stabilise, strengthen, tone an maintain flexibility especially with the muscles used in delivery.This class is a great opportunity to socialise with other mums to be and to take one hour out of your day to focus on you and your baby.

Rise & Shine Yoga
Start the day with Yoga as you stretch your body and gently awaken your mind. This gentle class will help you work out any tightness from the night before with nice easy stretching and simple sun salutations.

If you’re looking for a new programme to add to your routine, you may want to give Tabata a try. Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout featuring exercises that last four minutes. We are adding a 45 minute TABATA class to our timetable with Sarah from Friday the 8th June at 12pm.
Yoga Basics is open and accessible to all, where modifications for postures will always be given. These classes explore the foundations of key yoga postures and sequences. Ideal for complete beginners and those seeking to re-visit the fundamental principles of their practice to establish good form and alignment.

This class is an excellent progression from Yoga Basics and best suited to those with an ongoing practice. Yoga Improvers aims to challenge students further in exploring some more advanced postures and sequences. A dynamic and creative practice is cultivated through strong breath work, strength and mental focus. The flowing and challenging nature of these classes allows the student’s mind to completely relax. There is always time at the end of each session for Savasna (relaxation) to enjoy a feeling of pleasant exhaustion! (Beginners are welcome to Yoga Improvers as modifications to postures can always be given)
Yoga – Yin
A deeper practice, beginning with a flow to warm up, progressing into postures that benefit from longer holds, targeting the deeper connective tissues and larger muscle groups. PLUS the room will be slightly heated, so for a perfect restorative class.
