Taught by Sam or Carol, I have found these sessions of huge benefit in strengthening my core and so lessening pressure on the back. The classes are led in an atmosphere of serene purpose and thoughtful awareness and there is always great sensitivity to individual needs.” – Anna Crowe

Pumping iron is great, however our ethos at The View Studio is not about iron. We are more into resistance and body weight training. To get the most out of resistance training, sometimes you need to mix it up! Burn a little rubber (and a lot of fat!) with this exercise band workout from Alistair Sanders. All you need is a band to fit in a head-to-toe sculpting session which we provide.
“I love the variety of classes at The View Studio and with the recent addition of Band Resistance things have ramped up a gear. This is a brilliant, heart-raising and interactive class which I am really enjoying alongside Barre and Pilates. Ali is a great teacher, clearly explaining all of the different circuits and very encouraging throughout the class for all levels. Love it.” – Jane Carswell
